We want to ensure that your event goes exactly as you want it to go. Organizing, planning and pulling off THE perfect wedding reception can be quite a task! Having been privileged to be a part of so many weddings over the years, we have the experience to help you with advice on (almost) every aspect of your special day. (Sorry gents, we don't write vows!) We can help you plan an evening that "flows" while keeping with the overall feel that you desire. We realise that this is most likely the first time you've planned a wedding reception, but it's definitely not our first! We're here to help you every step of the way.
During our in-home consultation, we will discuss every aspect of your reception. Our questionnaires have been developed to make sure that no detail is left to chance. We've heard so many times: "I never would have thought of that!"

Your social, reception or other event can be planned out using our personalised Online Event Planners. We include planners for:
Using our online planners ensures that we stay up-to-date on any changes being made to every aspect of your social or reception. When your planner is completed, print it out to give to relevant people involved in your event. Use our Timelines to create the script for your reception - no more wondering if you have all the bases covered, we covered them for you!
With access to our music database, you can browse through our music library and pre-request any songs that you would like played. In addition to this, we include a GUEST ACCESS PORTAL. We provide a SEPARATE Group Username and password for your guests. This login is in a separate area than your Event Planner - your guests will not be able to access or see your Planning Area. In this area, your guests may pre-request songs from our music database. Prior to your big day, we compile a list of all the songs that have been pre-requested by your guests and print a list of the most requested songs which is made available to the DJ for your event. You (as the most important people at your event), may look through the guest requests and if you choose, delete them from the request list.
You can also create your "Must Play" list as well as a "Do Not Play" list.
Our "Most Requested" lists has the most popular music for your Grand Entrance, First Dance, Bride-Father, and other formal dances. It also contains lists of the most requested songs by the decade from today and going back to the 50's.
In your Client Area, we also provide you with informational documents to help you along with your planning. These documents can be downloaded for you to read, print or distribute to relevant people involved in your event.

Our Online Planning doesn't take the place of our in-home consultations - this is simply an enhancement to our service. During the in-home consultation, we will provide you with a password to use for your Client Login as well as for your Group Login should you choose to use that option. Once this is done, you will be able to log into your secure and private planner and update or make any changes to the information that we will have pre-filled out for you.
